NASA's Alien Anomalies caught on film - A compilation of stunning UFO footage from NASA's archives
All of these examples (with the exception of the second-to-last one) were captured on film by NASA astronauts or Russian Cosmonauts over the past half-century - showing many amazing examples from different eras - Gemini, Apollo, Apollo/Soyuz Test Project, Skylab, STS, the ISS, plus a couple Russian-source additions from their unmanned Zond and Mir Space Station programs as well thrown in to round things out. While the examples you will see here captured on film can all be "officially" classified as "unidentified" objects, that absolutely does NOT mean that NASA, the DoD, and certain elements within the scientific community worldwide are completely in the dark as to what these things you are seeing are. On one occasion, Sparks said he was allowed to view a stunning alien craft that he described as the size of four big houses. Inside a windowed dome he saw humans and ETs moving about.
He reported seeing US military personnel aboard a spacecraft, and believes that secretive black budget elements of the government have cut deals with the aliens. Sparks said he's also had encounters with "Reptilians," some of whom are 9-10 ft. tall, with red pupils and a oversized brain, housed in a skull that hangs out over their eyes.

COLORADO SPRINGS - UFO field investigator Chuck Zukowski likes to think of himself as a skeptic.
One of the faces carved in rocks at Ute Valley Park outside of Colorado Springs is shown in this photograph taken March 6. UFO field investigator Chuck Zukowski was dispatched to look at the carvings in an effort to offer ideas on possible origins for the carvings.
He won't throw his UFO detective gear in his truck (license plate: UFONUT) and drive out to the middle of nowhere just because someone says they saw a few glowing orbs over a field.
"Cattle mutilations I'll go out for, but orbs? They have to have some sort of documentation - a photo, a video," he said recently as he pulled his Nissan Xterra up to Ute Valley Park.
There was something at the park he felt was definitely worth a closer look.
Zukowski is nationally known in sky-watching circles as a meticulous documenter of the unexplainable. In 20 years as a UFO investigator, he has helped organize archaeological digs at UFO hot spots near Roswell, N.M. (Conclusion: Sites need more study.)He has inspected a strange stone found in the New Mexico desert, expertly carved with a design that also appeared in a crop circle in England. (Conclusion: Stone needs more study.) He has appeared as an expert on the Sci Fi Channel and the super late-night paranormal radio show Coast to Coast AM.
More importantly, he says he has seen UFOs himself.
Ask him when the black van is coming for him, and he chuckles and says, "I've seen them around."
Despite his license plate, Zukowski doesn't consider himself a nut.
"My thing is I'm always looking for proof," he said. "If something can be explained by science, great. But if it can't ...."
He trailed off, leaving listeners to infer their own silent replay of the theme from "The Twilight Zone."
Zukowski was at Ute Valley to investigate something strange - maybe related to aliens, maybe not. He found two grotesque faces carved in the park's crumbly sandstone.
"These kids, teenagers, contacted me a while ago, (saying) they saw lights hovering above the park on a number of occasions," he said, pushing through the scratchy brush while searching for the site.
Near the point where the kids said they saw the lights, Zukowski stumbled on the two faces carved into the stone.
One looks a bit like the grinning Janus mask that high school drama clubs always put on their T-shirts. The other's crude features looked a bit more tribal - almost like an Easter Island head.
To the average park hiker, both seemed to be recently carved, probably by a contemporary neighbor, possibly while high.
But you don't get to be a nationally known UFO field investigator by settling for the most likely explanation.
"Sure, these could be recent," said Zukowski, who in his day job designs microchips for everything from cell phones to spy satellites. "But how do we know? How do we know until they are thoroughly investigated?"
He has brought rock art experts and a city parks official to the site. Both, he said, indicated they would get back to him, then never did. Frustrated, he e-mailed The Gazette, hoping to uncover some answers.
Zukowski doesn't think the carvings have anything to do with aliens - at least directly.
They are more likely Ute, he said. "Though the style seems more Aztec or Mayan, so who knows?"
It may be an American Indian record of an extraterrestrial encounter. He even says the high neighbor theory is plausible. He wants scientists to take a look and decide for themselves.
"We just won't know until we study this more," he said.
For now, he'll keep Ute Valley in his unsolved mysteries file, right next to an incident that happened a few days later.
"I got a report a dark grayish triangular object was spotted last night flying SW to NE," he e-mailed. "I'm going to contact the sheriff's department this afternoon and see if anyone else called this in."
Dulce underground UFO base conference ended yesterday

Yesterday a conference was held in the small town of Dulce, New Mexico to discuss evidence of an underground extraterrestrial base at the nearby Archuleta Mesa. Organized by Norio Hayakawa, a retired funeral director now living in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, The Dulce Base: Fact or Fiction Conference brought together local and outside speakers with knowledge of events at Dulce. The conference began at the Best Western Jicarilla Inn but the venue had to be changed to the local civic meeting room after the first session since not all the audience could fit inside. Approximately 100 people came from as far away as Pennslyvania and Hawaii to attend the conference. Hayakawa hoped to end speculation about the existence of an underground extraterrestrial base. Speakers and locals were divided over the presence of extraterrestrials at the base, but most agreed that strange events were happening at the Archuleta Mesa. Most speakers believed that some kind of underground base existed, but this was related with classified military projects, and had nothing to do with extraterrestrials. Some locals joined two of the speakers in accepting evidence pointing to an extraterrestrial presence at Dulce.
The first speaker, local rancher Edmund Gomez, explained how the Dulce mystery began in June 1976 with the discovery of cattle mutilations on his ranch. Evidence was gathered pointing to military involvement in some kind of biological testing program that was highly classified. Gomez explained how physical evidence he gathered would regularly dissapear, and that his family had to eventually sell his ranch due to cattle losses. While Gomez believed that claims of extraterrestrials and UFOs related to Archuleta Mesa was disinformation, he did find evidence of classified military activities and an air vent to an underground facility during a 1988 expedition. His discovery and photo of the vent was the first concrete evidence that an underground base does exist at Dulce.
The next speaker, Chris O’Brian was skeptical of the Dulce underground base hypothesis. He believed that claims of an underground base at Dulce were a distraction from anomalous events at the nearby St Luis Valley which were more significant in his opinion. The retired Dulce Director of Public Safety, Hoyt Velarde said he had never found evidence of an underground facility at Dulce, but did confirm that UFOs were seen over the town of Dulce. Gabe Valdez, a retired New Mexico State Trooper, said that there were indeed sensitive events happening at Dulce which he did not want to discuss, but that stories of extraterrestrials were not accurate.
Greg Bishop next spoke and explained his research on Paul Bennewitz, a deceased (2003) electronics expert who was the first to claim that an extraterrestrial undergound base existed at Dulce. He explained how Bennewitz had captured physical evidence of UFOs near Kirtland Air Force Base and connected this to claims of an underground base at the Archuleta Mesa. Bishop explained how in his book on Bennewitz’s claims, Project Beta, that he doubted the existence of an underground base. He had concluded that Bennewitz was side tracked by a disinformation campaign to get him to look away from evidence of events at Kirtland. Bishop revealed, however, how after the 2005 publication of his book that a number of insiders had confided to him that an underground base does exist at Ducle. Together with the discovery of a vent to an underground facility, this led to him now changing his position and doubting his former skepticism.
Keith Ealy explained his own view that the Dulce underground base was a space time portal for interdimensionals. He pointed out that this was similar to Dr Jacque Vallee’s own conclusions regarding the UFO phenomenon. Norio Harayama, the conference organizer, also agreed with the interdimensional explanation for the strange events at Dulce and the Archuleta Mesa.
I was the first speaker after the lunch break. I presented my own research on the Dulce underground extraterrestrial base hypothesis that was first released in September 2003 and updated in my new book, Exposing U.S. Government Policies on Extraterrestrial Life. I explained my interest in claims of human rights abuses at Dulce and of a possible firefight there in 1979 between U.S. military forces and extraterrestrials. I discussed the claims of a number of civilians and whistleblowers relating to the Dulce underground base, and why these need to be seriously investigated. I concluded that Dulce was a joint military extraterrestrial underground base and Paul Bennewitz had been misinformed that it was a base of extraterrestrials wanting to take over the Earth.I was followed by veteran UFO researcher Dennis Balthaser who also had concluded that an underground facility existed at Dulce and that this could be related to UFO activity in New Mexico.
A number of locals then came forward to explain their experiences. A teacher at the Dulce Elementary School explained how UFOs and extraterrestrials featured prominently in the art and stories of children, especially those from the Jicaralla Apache reservation. The most startingly testimony came from a retired Dulce police officer named Gabe. Gabe explained how on one evening in the early 1980s he was dispatched to the house of a woman who claimed that small people with strange boxes emitting light were harassing her. Initially skeptical of what his radio dispatcher told him, he drove over to the area and saw several UFOs taking off. He explained how his training had left him unprepared for what he had seen and how he felt powerless to do anything. His emotional distress was evident to all who attended and did clearly demonstrate that UFO and extraterrestrial activities feature regularly in the small community of Dulce.
The conference ended with promises of future conferences and expeditions to the Archuletta Mesa. The one thing that clearly emerged from the conference was that strange military and UFO events at the Archuleta Mesa were indeed real and worth investigating. The underground extraterrestrial base hypothesis still remains as a plausible explanation for many who attended the first Dulce underground base conference.

Sturm consulted with NASA affiliates and other photographic experts to ensure that the contrast-enhanced enlargements presented in ULOs: Unidentified Lunar Objects Revealed in NASA Photography were faithfully reproduced. Digitally clarified, highlighted and graphically referenced to full frame Apollo photos, the ULOs in this collection resemble towers and spires, domes, stacked geometry, pathways leading to and from clusters of objects, pipes and pipe grids, wheel-shaped objects, and ziggurat looking structures with annexes just to name a few.
Sturm sincerely hopes that the scientific community will continue the research effort. To date, academia is rather standoffish and unwilling to even discuss his findings. He suggests that, A single or few odd geometric objects on the Moon can easily be dismissed, but a collection of hundreds of them, with some looking like entire mining operations, are hard to ignore. Recognizing that the existence of unexplainable geometry in the appearance of artificial structures on the Moon is a controversial and much debated topic, Sturm makes no claims of conspiracy, cover-ups, or the like by governments, organizations or individuals, but rather leaves it up to the reader to analyze the hundreds of ULOs presented and arrive at ones own conclusions.

Scholar decodes some Extraterrestrial messages from human contacts with UFOs

The following paragraphs summarize the messages that Mark Kimmel has uncovered during his research. He has distilled these messages from communications from extraterrestrials, communications from contactees, and observations of extraterrestrials and extraterrestrial craft:
Quasi-physical. Extraterrestrials have technology that allows them to shift from quasi-physical reality, dematerialize and rematrerialize. Thousands of pilots, military men and women, government witnesses, and civilians have seen extraterrestrial spacecraft materialize and disappear. Existing in the non-physical or quasi-physical enables extraterrestrial craft to travel faster than the speed of light. Extraterrestrials purposefully shift into our physical realm to enable us to see them, or to communicate with us.
Mind-to-mind. Extraterrestrials are able to communicate mind-to-mind. In many cases their communications are of images or concepts; in some instances they communicate using precise words. By communicating in this way they bypass spoken words. Highly developed forms of this type of communications enable them to dispense with radio signals based on the electromagnetic spectrum. This enables them to communicate over the vast distances of space faster than light speed.
Ancestors. The messages from 'ethical' extraterrestrials reconfirm non-biased research into our origins. Life was brought to this planet first by life carriers who implaneted the ancient seas with the first life forms. After millions of years, Earth had become a lush paradise with diverse non-sentient life forms.
The "Starseed Project" was initiated by a group of extraterrestrials who wished to combine their somewhat different races into a single harmonized race -- this had not been done before. They brought representatives of their various races to this world. Not long thereafter, other manipulative extraterrestrials saw this experiment as an opportunity to conquer a defenceless world and enslave its people. Thus began the course of human self-destructive development that has persisted to this time.
Today we not only have the progeny of these long ago activities, with cellular memories of their ancestry, we also have many different off-planet beings who have incarnated to be present at this moment.
Extraterrestrial Agendas:
There are two principle agendas currently being pursued by non-humans involved with the affairs of this world. There are those who desire humanity to evolve into cosmic citizens. There are those who wish to continue to enslave us.
Avoid WMD. Judging by their interest in our nuclear facilities, extraterrestrials are concerned about our weapons of mass destruction. They have repeatedly been seen observing our nuclear manufacturing, storage, and testing sites. Based on the testimony of military witnesses (The Disclosure Project), they have shown their ability to disable our intercontinental missiles in flight and in their underground launch silos.
Caretakers. As detailed in Turkish and Russian meteor incidents, extraterrestrials have demonstrated a caretaker attitude toward us by fragmenting large meteors before they cause damage.
Healers. The many reports of healings, accomplished by extraterrestrials, points to a caring attitude towards us. Several books detail instances in which extraterrestrials have healed everything from cuts to cancer.
Earth-humans viewed as prey. According to Zecharia Sitchin and other researchers, translations of clay tablets, from the ancient Sumarian civilization that existed in the area now know as Iraq, point to biological experimentation with pre-humans by an extraterrestrial race identified as the Anunnaki. The results of those experiments were our human ancestors, created as a race of slaves. This story has been verified by recent extraterrestrials messages. This same race of extraterrestrials believe they "own" modern humans, and would return them to the status of slaves.
Want the highest for us. A different race of extraplanetary beings see Earth-humans differently. They too supplied some of our genetic make-up. They too say they are related to us. However, the Plaeidians and their associates would like us to recognize who we really are (creatures possessing a fragment of the Creator), would like us to take control of this planet, and would like us to join with other evolved civilizations of the universe. Thus we have the second set of players in the galactic chess game in which Earth-humans are the pawns.
Debilitating chemicals & energies Diverse extraterrestrial beings are telling us that we, Earth-humans, ingest and misuse many chemicals and energies. Many insecticides are unnecessary. Many food additives are uncalled for. We are bombarded with energies from electronic and electrical devices. At the same time, off-planet races recognizes that the current population of the Earth is excessive. Some of our chemicals and energies have been purposefully engineered to debilitate and/or degrade us, physically and mentally.
Environmental crisis. Observers from space see the pollution of Earth's air, water, and land. For many years, they have been telling us that we need to recognize and remedy this situation. They see the melting of the polar ice caps as a sign that there will be shifts in the crust of the Earth. Most recently, they are saying that an environmental crisis can not be avoided, and that some of the destruction is irreversible.
Here to assist, not "save" us. Those extraplanetary beings who wish us to mature and cooperate with races from other evolved planets, are offering to show us the way to cast off our current situation. They are not willing to step in and use their superior technology and knowledge to"save" us. They are unwilling to create a planet of dependents.
At the same time, there are other off-planet races who would welcome the opportunity to create a race of dependents. They are prepared to oppose the dictates of the apparent majority of extraplanetary races.
Planetary metamorphosis necessary. Certain extraplanetary races are waiting to take advantage of the chaos due to unfavourable environmental influences and/or nuclear war. Others wait for the majority of humans to awaken and take control of the planet. All agree that a period of change is needed and that such a transformation will occur quite soon.
Role of a prospective Cosmic Paradigm
Messages from extraplanetary beings have been delivered repeatedly over the ages. We the people of Earth have tended to ignore them.
The Cosmic Paradigm is about recognizing our current situation and then taking action to transition it for the benefit of all people of this planet.
1. Recognize that the current situation does not operate in the best interests of the vast majority of people on this planet. Recognize that we, the people, are allowing this situation to continue, and that we have the power to do something about it.
2. Acknowledge that we are not the only inhabited planet, that we are one of many. Promote a proper attitude for interacting with non-human life forms. 3. See a new world, a veritable paradise. Affirm that such a planet is possible and act as if we are achieving this situation.
Where we go from here is largely determined by you and the other people of this planet. We can continue in our mode of violence and self-destruction, or we can choose to embrace a higher way to live.
Contact with extraplanetary and intraplanetary beings is but the tip of the new reality iceberg. Almost every facet of our current existence is a lie, a lie perpetuated by those who enslave us.
Each of us should take careful note, and consider whether they wish to act in accordance with the Cosmic Paradigm:
1. There is much more than the physical reality we normally experience. We are here, on this planet, at this moment in time, by our own choice. We are here to actively participate in the transition of humanity.
2. The universe is teeming with life. There is one Creator and there are trillions of non-human life forms, some similar to us. Off-planet beings have been here for many thousands of years, with mixed agendas.
3. We are being invited to become members of the cosmic family. To qualify, we must reverse this planet from its current devolving condition, and we must do it very soon.
4. We, the humans of this planet, are the only ones to make this happen. Our current leaders will not do it for us. Extraterrestrials will not do it for us. We are the ones who must act -- now.
5. We are more individually powerful than we have been taught. Collectively we have the power to create a veritable paradise.
Extraterrestrial contact is but the starting point to an understanding of the facets of this pivotal juncture in human history. Two UFO low fly reports in two days caught witnesses off guard and without cameras in California and Texas - while three F18s apparently attempted to intercept in one case.
A Poway, CA, witness was standing outside in the mid-day sunshine under a perfect blue sky March 27 when an oval-shaped bright light moved across the southern horizen over a 10-second period. Three minutes later two F18s traveling from the northeast moved into position where the witness lost sight of the object. The jets circled the area and then continued flying in a southwest direction. Thirty seconds later, a second F18 came from the same direction and "loitered" in the area for three minutes before moving southwest.

In Texas on March 26, a witness reported watching a triangular-shaped object with 6 to 8 dim lights on the bottom moving silently across the sky at about 5,000 feet.

All News Web recently received a series of brief emails from some-one who claimed to have worked in the Pentagon within the DARPA agency on a project that involved collaborating closely with both NASA’s Ames Research Centre and SETI. The person who has identified herself as ‘Tina’ has provided us with a number of scanned documents that back the veracity of her claims to some extent. The correspondent claims to have SAP clearance and has had some access to ‘Black Project’ information. She claims that a multitude of departments house small nucleuses of employees working on the same or related projects and information is very compartmentalised, provided on ‘a need to know’ basis at her level of clearance.
‘Tina’ has a university degree in marketing and came to work on the project which she declines to name via an initial position in the Pentagons public relations operations. Her position involved relaying and rewriting electronic messages for distribution to certain world organisations regarding imminent open contact with an alien race. We are unsure as to why she has contacted All News Web. According to Tina the last and only physical meeting between aliens and the Government and indeed the only actual official Government recorded UFO landing and alien visitation in the last century up until now occurred in the early 1950’s and was a meeting between three alien explorers and President Truman. The meeting involved some form of limited telepathic communication and involved the Aliens expressing relief that WW2 had come to an end. The aliens promised to return one day. The Aliens were about three foot and of somewhat classic ‘Grey’ appearance. Photographs were taken and these, which have been seen by a handful of media figures (Stanley Kubrick, Steven Spielberg), have become a basis for the traditional image of ‘Grey’ aliens.The Aliens are believed to come from a planet about thirty light years away and it is unknown if they possess faster than light transport. Tina did not receive any information on Roswell or any reverse engineering projects involving ET technology. She does not discount other informal alien or UFO incidents.
The aliens seek to establish ties with Earthlings. They are able to monitor the goings on here remotely and it appears they are at least a thousand years ahead of humans technologically. According to Tina SETI is receiving and concealing regular explicit signals (and has been doing so for at least seven years) from this race that state that they are returning to earth in around four years (2013) and have spacecraft essentially mid-journey. The extra-terrestrials will land openly and in a way that will conclusively prove their presence and are doing so unilaterally. They have given the US government until then to prepare humanity for this event. According to ‘Tina’s’ emails some powerful security figures would like to thwart this open contact but are powerless to do so. Many figures associated with NASA and even the Pentagon are positive about the event and a conspiracy to hide the truth form the world’s population is not unanimous. What all parties agree on is that the best course of action is to leave any announcement of the event to the absolute latest possible time so as not to frighten people or harm the economy.Major churches have been briefed on the matter and are being given time to shift their positions so as to accommodate this new reality. The US Govt has been ‘requested’ to mend and clean up rivalries and conflicts in preparation and this extra-ordinary event and this is the primary reason for Barack Obama’s peace gesture to Iran and indeed his very presidency. The concept of internet search engines was introduced by the aliens and they are in contact with Google through SETI. MARS FACE FOUND UNDER POLAR ICE CAP

FRANKFURT - German and American scientists have found a stone face under polar ice that’s identical to the stone face on Mars!
The mile-long monument also matches stone faces found on the moon, Venus and Neptune. And that suggests that the people or creatures who built them were capable of interplanetary travel over 500,000 years ago, when the images are believed to have been made.
“The faces were clearly made by the same hands. The challenge before us now is to find out who made them, and why.” Drs. Phillip Lentz and Dieter Horne discovered the stone face under 3,500 feet of polar ice while conducting a seismological survey of Antarctica in February. The monument’s features were recorded by an instrument that uses sound waves to map geological formations under the Earth’s surface.
And those features clearly mirror the helmeted, human face that America’s Viking probe photographed on Mars in 1976.
“Other probes photographed stone faces on the moon, Venus and Neptune between 1975 and 1989 and they are all the same,” said Dr. Lentz, who holds advanced degrees in geology, astronomy and physics. “The key question is whether the Antarctic face was the first monument or teh last,” he continued. “If it was the first, we can assume that a technologically advanced society existed on Earth 500,000 years ago and left to colonize space.”
“If it is the last monument, it seems likely that extraterrestrials visited Earth and might still be here today. It’s purely speculation,” he added. “But we humans may be descendents of those extraterrestrials.”
Drs. Lentz and Horne plan a second expedition to Antarctica next spring and hope to learn more about the massive monument at that time. It is also believed that NASA is planning an expedition of its own, possibly for the end of April.
“It will be years before we can get a man to Mars or Neptune to study the faces there,” said Dr. Lentz. “But this isn’t like the faces in space. This is in our own backyard. It is an opportunity that can’t be ignored.”

A video posted March 21, 2009, on Youtube claims to be the real deal of the Nov. 7, 2006, Chicago O'Hare Airport UFO sighting.
The video is posted with the headline - "Chicago O'Hare Airport UFO Witness Breaks His Silence." The username is ohareufowitness, age 39, someone who joined Youtube on the same day as the posting.
Illinois MUFON Director Sam Maranto, who has studied this case extensively, was able to watch the video from his Chicago area home today.
"The footage is shot at an impossible angle," Maranto said. "It was 1500' to 1900' above gate c-17, 200' - 400' below the solid overcast...too bright of backdrop...too big of an object. Unless this person was in the tower where it could not have been seen."

"I have sat on this evidence for over 2 years, mainly because of the nature of my background, if you knew who I was then you would understand.
"Back on November 7th 2006, I was near Chicago O'hare International airport when I was witness to what was arguably one of the most important UFO incidents in modern times. After the incident, many people jumped on the UFO bandwagon and came forward with false evidence, I can't speak for these individuals, I can only speak for myself.
"I witnessed a gigantic UFO hovering over the Airport at precisely 4:32 p.m. The UFO was a dark, hazy metallic disc/cigar shaped craft. It was at a height of roughly 750 feet from the ground, completely silent, frozen still, and was well over 100 meters in length. I managed to film the UFO on my cell phone for 1 minute, I observed the UFO for a further 1 minute, after which time it took off, and went upwards at tremendous speed and was gone.
"If you watch the clip properly, at the start of the clip you can clearly see a large passenger jet taking off, and flying directly under the UFO, which shows just how huge this thing was. The UFO was completely frozen still, and any movement on the video clip is camera movement and camera shake. I filmed the UFO on my cell phone with the zoom set to full.
"This is arguably one of the most important pieces of UFO photographic evidence in existence, and to ever be posted on the internet, simply because I know it was a genuine Unidentified Flying Object, and it was witnessed by many credible individuals, including pilots.
"Yes I would love to come forward and go public with my story, but this is just not an option for me, due to my job. So that is why I have posted the clip on You Tube. For those who don't want to believe the truth, thats up to you, but what you are seeing is genuine footage of an unknown craft, and shame on the worlds media for all the ridicule they threw at this unbelievable incident."
And defending himself March 24 from critics, the video photographer writes this.
"Ok, so I will answer some of the main questions directed at me. All I can say is that the footage is 100% real and genuine. The reason it's not great quality is because it's only 3 mega pixel cell phone footage, and yes we had zoom 2 years ago, and to say I filmed it of a screen is untrue and insane. The sound is crappy because I was at some distance from the aircraft, and cell phone's dont pick up much sound, they only have a tiny microphone for recording sound. The reason I only got one minute's worth of footage is because my cell phone's memory was full and? it stopped recording. Dont you think I would just pay somebody to create me a stunning piece of evidence if I really wanted to pull a hoax???? Think about it..........."

NASA *RARE* UFO footage from above earth
This footage is very rare and was hard to find, its from the live STS-48 NASA feed in 1991. If these are space debris, don't you think they are "going a little too fast" ? I mean, unless debris has a self-propelling device other than inertia.....and more importantly (watch the whole video and wait for the very last one)....if these are space debris, why, ( oh why!) most of them are going UP, and the very last one is going DOWN? Souldn't they all be orbiting around earth? Just wondering......comments most welcome.

Citizens aim over heads of ‘Feds’ for extraterrestrial UFO disclosure

The citizen ballot initiative to disclose UFO “X-files” is starting again in Denver. Jeff Peckman of the Extra Campaign, filed a draft of the proposed ordinance, to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission, at the Denver City and County building on March 20. The local commission is viewed by some as potentially more effective than the U.S. government in achieving disclosure of evidence about UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors to Earth.
The new draft is a revision of a similar petition approved for circulation in September 2008. That petition was put on hold after Barack Obama was elected President of the United States. A number of key people in the Obama administration have publicly endorsed the release of the government’s UFO ‘X-files’. For that reason, signature gathering for the petition was suspended. Disclosure advocates hoped that transparency and openness, advocated by President Obama, would result in disclosure of UFO ‘X-files’.
However, the lack of visible interest in UFO disclosure from the Obama administration has prompted restarting the Denver initiative. The new strategy is to appeal to a higher power – the power of the People. There is increasing support for citizens to take on the task of briefing the public directly about extraterrestrial UFO evidence. In fact, there is a growing belief that the Federal government is not even competent to perform the task even if it becomes willing.
James Madison, America’s fourth President stated, “The People are the only legitimate fountain of power…”. Disclosure of extraterrestrial UFO evidence by the People, to the People, for the People, might well be the only reliable way to get the job done. It is expected that disclosure advocates in other cities will use the same strategy and add to the momentum of the grassroots effort.
Citizen ballot initiatives and other grassroots efforts to disclose UFO evidence are among the topics to be discussed at X-Conference 2009 April 17-19 in Gaithersburg, MD. The event includes a press conference on April 20 at the National Press Club.
A mandatory discussion of the draft ballot initiative will be held at the Denver City and County Building , 1437 Bannock Street, on April 8 at 2:00 p.m. in Room 391. The meeting is open to the public.

MoD took UFO sighting seriously
A photo of a UFO hovering next to an RAF jet over Scotland was treated seriously, newly-released Ministry of Defence files show.
Officials briefed ministers on the sighting of a diamond-shaped object near Pitlochry, Perthshire, in 1990.
A memo suggested the media be told "no definite conclusions" could be reached.
The documents show officials were more concerned about secret weapons being developed by other countries rather than alien visitors.
The sightings were brought to the attention of the MoD by the Daily Record newspaper.
Witnesses reported seeing an object hanging in the air for 10 minutes before it ascended vertically at high speed.
The question is what are the Russians testing and could any of these sightings be something of that kind?

Military experts concluded the aircraft pictured was a Harrier, but could not identify the mystery object.
Fearing there could be significant media interest, officials provided ministers with guidelines for answering questions.
The memo noted there was no record of Harriers operating in the area at the time and suggested the media should be told: "no definite conclusions reached regarding large diamond-shaped object."
Drawings were later commissioned of the object with a note saying: "Sensitivity of material suggests special handling."
The seven files, produced by the DI55 branch of the Defence Intelligence Staff, contain details of 1,200 UFO sightings between November 1987 and April 1983. They include:
* A woman who was approached by an alien with a "Scandinavian-type accent" near Norwich in 1989.
* A spate of sightings in London in 1993, explained by the presence of an illuminated airship advertising the Ford Mondeo.
* Sightings by crews of six RAF Tornado jets of a UFO over Germany in 1990, believed to be a stealth aircraft.
Pilot death
They also reveal how the MoD abandoned a plan to computerise its records of UFO sightings in case it prompted public concern.
The files dismiss 1992 media reports that the death of a US Air Force pilot was caused by a UFO over the North Sea.
A local newspaper had reported that Capt William Schaffner's last radio messages referred to a conical shape followed by another shape "like a large soccer ball ... made of glass".
The military investigation concluded he misjudged his height as he practised shadowing low-flying targets at night.
Dr David Clarke, UFO expert and journalism lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, said the files showed the MoD was "not the slightest bit interested in aliens".
"They're only interested in the defence implications," he said
"The question is what are the Russians testing and could any of these sightings be something of that kind? As soon as they have eliminated that, they are not interested."

A memo suggested the media be told "no definite conclusions" could be reached.
The documents show officials were more concerned about secret weapons being developed by other countries rather than alien visitors.
The sightings were brought to the attention of the MoD by the Daily Record newspaper.
Witnesses reported seeing an object hanging in the air for 10 minutes before it ascended vertically at high speed.
The question is what are the Russians testing and could any of these sightings be something of that kind?

Military experts concluded the aircraft pictured was a Harrier, but could not identify the mystery object.
Fearing there could be significant media interest, officials provided ministers with guidelines for answering questions.
The memo noted there was no record of Harriers operating in the area at the time and suggested the media should be told: "no definite conclusions reached regarding large diamond-shaped object."
Drawings were later commissioned of the object with a note saying: "Sensitivity of material suggests special handling."
The seven files, produced by the DI55 branch of the Defence Intelligence Staff, contain details of 1,200 UFO sightings between November 1987 and April 1983. They include:
* A woman who was approached by an alien with a "Scandinavian-type accent" near Norwich in 1989.
* A spate of sightings in London in 1993, explained by the presence of an illuminated airship advertising the Ford Mondeo.
* Sightings by crews of six RAF Tornado jets of a UFO over Germany in 1990, believed to be a stealth aircraft.
Pilot death
They also reveal how the MoD abandoned a plan to computerise its records of UFO sightings in case it prompted public concern.
The files dismiss 1992 media reports that the death of a US Air Force pilot was caused by a UFO over the North Sea.
A local newspaper had reported that Capt William Schaffner's last radio messages referred to a conical shape followed by another shape "like a large soccer ball ... made of glass".
The military investigation concluded he misjudged his height as he practised shadowing low-flying targets at night.
Dr David Clarke, UFO expert and journalism lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, said the files showed the MoD was "not the slightest bit interested in aliens".
"They're only interested in the defence implications," he said
"The question is what are the Russians testing and could any of these sightings be something of that kind? As soon as they have eliminated that, they are not interested."

'Race to Witch Mountain' is UFO acclimation?

The new movie RACE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN, which opened in theatres on Friday, March 13, continues the acclimation process for the public on the possibility or probability that we are being visited by extraterrestrial and/or extra-dimensional intelligent beings.
Interestingly, March 13 is also the anniversary of the 1997 "Phoenix lights incident" when a huge V-shaped craft reportedly flew slowly, silently and at a low altitude over Phoenix in the early evening hours.
Films, TV shows, books and other media platforms have long been part of an alleged effort to prepare Americans and people internationally for the idea that some unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are piloted by intelligent visitors to Earth.
RACE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN will bring moviegoers a new opportunity to wrap our minds around these concepts.
Director Andy Fickman has stated that the idea of such visitation to Earth is something he finds very interesting and plausible. UFO experts and personnel associated with the U.S. military and the CIA reportedly helped in the research for the movie.
Walt Disney Pictures brought Fickman onboard to help create a newer and different version of the 1975 ESCAPE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN. It is not a remake, but described as "a modern re-imagining." Mark Lopez and Mark Bomback worked on the screenwriting for the project.
HOLLYWOOD AND ACCLIMATION
There have long been reports that Hollywood was recruited to help prepare people for a scenario in which we would need to be ready to deal with the idea of unusual visitors to Earth.
This is consistent with the cooperation between Hollywood and the U.S. defense and intelligence communities during World War II and in subsequent years on a variety of subjects.
Walt Disney allegedly was approached by the U.S. military in the 1950s about creating a movie on this subject. Work was reportedly begun on the film, but the plug was pulled for reasons that remain unclear.
Decades later, Steven Spielberg created CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND. Rumors still circulate that he, too, had government-related sources who whispered in his ear about real-life aspects of the UFO situation.
There is a long list of movies, TV shows and books that address the topics of UFOs, visitors from elsewhere and a range of other unconventional topics that could be related.
Even Army Air Corps veteran Jack Webb of TV's "Dragnet" created the series "Project UFO" which ran on NBC for two seasons in 1978 and 1979. The show followed the activities of two Air Force investigators of Project Bluebook, the real-life program of UFO case investigation, and/or part of the cover-up, according to some observers.
Project Bluebook was based at southwestern Ohio's Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton. As many people know, Wright-Patterson AFB is alleged to be the location where wreckage was taken after the "Roswell incident" in the summer of 1947.

And now, RACE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN will continue this process of sparking the imaginations of movie audiences, and possibly helping us get ready for more understanding and insight about UFOs and unconventional visitors.
Dwayne Johnson stars as a Las Vegas cab driver who meets two kids – or are they? AnnaSophia Robb and Alexander Ludwig play the extraterrestrial kids who must get to the super-secret U.S. facility at Witch Mountain.
Johnson and the ET kids encounter some open-minded and visionary scientists (Carla Gugino and Garry Marshall) while being pursued by "men in black" who want to stop them ... or worse.
The cast includes actors from the original 1975 movie. Kim Richards, who played the girl, is a roadhouse waitress in the new film. Ike Eisenmann, the boy, plays Sheriff Anthony.
Real-life UFO researchers Whitley Strieber and William J. Birnes have cameo roles.

This is the latest in a series of sightings of UFOs in the skies over Shropshire which was captured on camera by Bridgnorth school girl Harriet Rogers.
Thirteen-year-old Harriet filmed about seven minutes-worth of footage with the help of her dad on February 21.
The pair were amazed to see the light and spent about 20 minutes watching the bizarre lights. It was still there when they stopped recording, Harriet said.

Was 'Burning Fireball' in the sky a UFO?
Investigators are looking into reports of a mysterious UFO seen flying over Pitsea, Basildon, Essex. UK.A woman and her son witnessed what seemed to be like a 'burning fireball' whizzing across the sky at the speed on an aeroplane.
They were driving in Ashlyns, Pitsea, Basildon, Essex. with her son, when they saw the spectacle on the horizon at approx 8.30pm on Friday.
The woman, from Pitsea, said "We couldn't believe it. We actually pulled over to watch it. It seemed to be near to the Barstable School area.
"It was like a burning fireball, a bit like a massive firework, but it kept going up and all over the place at such great speed"

UFO enthusiasts may sue NASA for fraud.
NASA the U.S. space agency, may want to brace itself for a flood of lawsuits in small claims courts. The idea was brought up at the recent International UFO Congress, and supporters will again promote it at the X-Conference next month.
Small claims courts, are similar to the ones seen on television show like the popular People's Court, are usually cases of neighbor disputes over minor property issues. Where citizens can file suit against another person, business, government, or other enitity for an amount not to exceed hundreds or thousands of dollars, depending on the state or county, Attorneys are not allowed for either the plaintiff or defendant.

He won't throw his UFO detective gear in his truck (license plate: UFONUT) and drive out to the middle of nowhere just because someone says they saw a few glowing orbs over a field.
"Cattle mutilations I'll go out for, but orbs? They have to have some sort of documentation - a photo, a video," he said recently as he pulled his Nissan Xterra up to Ute Valley Park.
There was something at the park the he felt was definitely worth a closer look.

John Lear, 66, retired airline captain and former CIA contract pilot with over 19,000 hours of flight time, over 11,000 in command of 3 or 4 engine jet transports, has flown over 100 different types of aircraft in 60 different countries around the world.
He retired in 2001 after more than 40 years of flying. Son of Learjet inventor, Bill Lear, John holds more FAA airman certificates than any other FAA certificated airman. John flew secret missions for the CIA in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa between 1967 and 1983.
During the last 17 years of his career John worked for several passenger and cargo airlines as captain, check airman and instructor. He was certified by the FAA as a North Atlantic navigation check airman. He has extensive experience as command pilot and instructor in the Boeing 707, Douglas DC-8 and Lockheed l-1011.
John held 17 world records including speed around the world in a Lear Jet model 24 set in 1966 and was presented the PATCO (Professional Air Traffic Controllers Association) Award for outstanding airmanship in 1968. He is a senior vice-commander of the China Post 1, The American Legions Post for Soldiers of Fortune, a 25 year member of the Special Operations Association and member of pilotsfor911truth.org.
John has 4 daughters, 3 grandchildren and lives with his wife of 38 years, Las Vegas business woman Marilee Lear in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Portugal: UFO amazes an entire town
Residents of the town of Campo Maior in the Alentejo region of Portugal have reported seeing a low flying UFO that at one stage hovered just above a resident’s garden.
At 7.30pm on February the 17th an elderly woman was in her backyard when she saw a glowing object illuminate the entire area. The woman was alone but her daughter who lived nearby also saw the otherworldly object.
In another part of town the same object was seen by an amazed couple who managed to capture the event (photos below) in spite of their initial stunned surprised. Another witness reported seeing the object hover above a nearby church.

Better Late Than Never, maybe?
Can’t blame Alexandro Rojas of the Mutual UFO Network for getting psyched about the close encounter with Mr. Sugar Daddy. After all, says MUFON’s director of public education, the 5,500 UFO reports compiled last year represent a doubling of activity in American skies from 2007.
Obviously, the ability to dispatch qualified, rapid-response investigators to a physical contact site without having to worry about money is a longstanding dream. MUFON counts 300 members who’ve completed standardized training and know how to collect and catalogue soil, foliage and other environmental samples.
“Our big issues have always been travel budgets and lab analysis,” says Rojas from his home in Denver. “Now, we’ll be able to mobilize investigators and gather the evidence immediately.”

ROSWELL FIREMAN CONFESSES: "IT WAS A FLYING SAUCER!"
A firefighter who was with the Roswell Fire Department in 1947 has confirmed that the mysterious crash in the New Mexico desert that Summer was in fact of an unearthly craft!

Navy officer has UFO 'Close Encounter' along secluded CA highway
An off duty Navy petty officer second class had just gotten off duty at California's then Naval Air Station Miramar when his vehicle suddenly shut off along a dark and secluded piece of Interstate 15.As the man retrieved a gas can from his trunk for what could be a long walk into nearby Kearny Mesa - he hears an unusual sound - "a release of air" - that draws his attention into the darkness on the other side of the four-lane highway. He sees "an object of some type that is long, low and extremely streamlined and silohutted." The year is 1971.

Richard Thieme: Hacking UFOlogy: Thirty Years in the Wilderness of Mirrors

"You're over the line," an intelligence professional told Richard Thieme recently. "You know enough to know what's not true but you can't know enough to know what is. You're well into the wilderness of mirrors."
Hacking one complex system is always in some ways like hacking another. You must see nested levels of the context that others assume and which is therefore invisible, you must see through the story that the system tells about itself, and you must have a means of filtering out disinformation and misinformation while suspending belief in the patterns your own mind suggests along the way. You must never believe what you think until the evidence is compelling. And you must have a way of staying sane when the consensus reality that has knitted you into its tissue is challenged at its core.
Ever since a USAF fighter pilot with the "right stuff" told Richard Thieme (who was then his Episcopal clergyman) in 1978 that "we chase the things and can't catch them" -- Thieme has explored this domain with beginner's eyes and an open mind. He has interviewed astronauts and NASA psychologists, physicists and social scientists, and scholars in "the invisible college" who conduct serious research and rigorous historical analysis. He has compared notes with intelligence professionals who believe that the least unlikely hypothesis for some of the data is, as one said, "a cultural intrusion" over many decades.
In this presentation, Thieme shows how "hacking the system" of data, disinformation, and "true believers" in an environment which has been saturated with ridicule since 1952, when critical elements of the government made a decision to debunk reports and those making them, is like hacking any complex system in our world of huge black budgets, appropriate paranoia, psy ops, and obsessive secrecy.
This presentation will make you think. It will make you re-examine your presuppositions about what is real. It will at the least bring you face to face with the possibility that you have been "owned" by the managers of perception who appointed themselves guardians of the Bigger Picture - an awareness that animates all real hackers." Richard Thieme continues to write and speak to the deeper issues of technology and its impact on the human condition. He has published several dozen short stories in the past few years, including "Zero Day: Roswell,"More Than a Dream,"Incident at Wolf Cove," and "Species: Lost in Apple-picking Time," which touch on some of the issues raised by this talk. With hacking is meant; the ability to research and understand with powerful motivation and dedication.
During the first UFO sightings news reports have clouded the original image of Ufology and making it a ridiculed subject. It is taboo to talk about it in academic environments and many scientists don't want to be associated with colleges that might be involved with Ufology in fear of being ridiculed as well.
In an attempt to clear the name of Ufology, Richard disposes the media, and its relationship with the CIA, on its involvements in bringing misleading information to the people for so many years since the early sixties.
What is most shocking, is that Ufology and UFO sightings have become such a taboo, that most of the discussion occur in private and when it is being spoken of in public, the witnesses would be repressed with intimidation.
