Open extraterrestrial (UFO) contact will occur during Obama years says time acceleration researcher

On February 24, 2009, Pres. Barack Obama delivered what media outlets are calling his “Luke Skywalker” speech to a joint session of the U.S. congress with all trappings of a state of the union address. Luke Skywalker is reference to a Jedi knight in the Star Wars series who leads the rebellion against the empire beholden to the dark force. By casting Obama in the role of Luke Skywalker, media outlets like Mother Jones are seeking to imbue Obama’s political agenda and persona with the revolutionary aura of a Jedi Knight, rescuing America and the world from war, crime, disease and poverty.

Other researchers contend that insiders from the Trilateral Commission have covertly trained Obama since his early 20s at Columbia University for his present role as leading implementer of a global “friendly fascism.” The Trilateral Commission, founded by David Rockefeller and Obama’s mentor Zbigniew Brzezinski, is considered by some analysts to be a front organization, promoting the depopulation policies of an international war crimes racketeering organization.

2011-12 & passage through the plane of the galactic center black hole

The Luke Skywalker reference overlooks one major gap in Barack Obama’s congressional address – any reference to our populated, organized solar system, galaxy, and universe. One agenda item that Obama conspicuously left out of his speech is probably the most certain and impactful event and outcome to occur during his presidency – the impending passage of our solar system through the plane of the massive black hole at the center of our Milky Way galaxy. In the run-up to alignment of our earth to the plane of the galactic black hole in 2011-12, there exists a virtual certainty of open extraterrestrial contact with our human society.

Barack Obama’s first term as U.S. president (ending January 20, 2013) includes the expected passage of earth through the galactic plane sometime between October 28, 2011 and December 21, 2012, according to researchers Carl Johan Calleman and Barbara Hand Clow. If Obama is elected for a second term he will serve through January 20, 2017.

Obama’s omission of the impending passage of the earth through the plane of the galactic black hole in 2011-12 is all the more surprising because of the vocal emphasis that Obama has placed on science in his administration.

With the approach of the year 2000, there were worldwide preparations for a “Y2K” problem that were based upon a possible planetary emergency.

Where are the similar preparations for 2011-12 by the U.S. government, with respect to the likelihood of open planetary contact with an extraterrestrial civilization as we approach these coming years of 2011-12?

There is accumulating evidence that open planetary contact with an extraterrestrial civilization will occur between now and 2011-12, and thus far the Obama White House and U.S. government agencies under Barack Obama such as NASA (National Aeronautic and Space Administration) and the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency continue to cover-up an extraterrestrial presence they have fully documented and in some cases liaison with rather than acclimating the public to the extraterrestrial presence.


The time acceleration matrix and human current events

In December 2008, following a 16-year astronomical study, science confirmed the existence of a massive black hole, between 3.7 and 4.1 million times as dense as our sun, at the center of our Milky Way galaxy. The existence of the black hole at the galactic center had been postulated as early as the year 2000. By 2005-6, astronomers had begun to think that all galaxies have a black hole at their center.

Researchers Calleman and Clow have developed a time acceleration matrix based on the development of the galaxy going back 16.4 billion years to the “big bang” formulation of creation. This matrix maps the development of our earth’s biosphere and of human society in accordance with the earth’s alignment with the plane of the black hole that serves as the engine of the entire Milky Way galaxy.

The galactic center black hole may be the most powerful exopolitical actor in the Milky Way galaxy. The matrix is called the time acceleration matrix because black holes are thought to accelerate time as a dimension in the space-time continuum.

In human current events, for example, the time acceleration matrix postulates that 20 times as much change will occur in the 260 days from February 2011 through October 28, 2011 as occurred in the 4680 days from 1999 through January 2011. This acceleration of time as a dimension occurs as earth nears alignment with the plane of the galactic center black hole.

Experientially, our human population may feel the acceleration of time as earth approaches alignment with the galactic plane in two distinct ways. The first is a subjective feeling that time is indeed accelerating. A second is an expansion of human consciousness as it becomes able to comprehend realities and concepts it could not understand before.

The specific mechanism by which human consciousness expands, according to researcher Calleman, is via scientifically-confirmed energy frequencies that emanate from the galactic center black hole. These frequencies from the galactic core are modulated through the crystalline core of planet earth, into a morphogenic thought-field surrounding the earth. We individual humans then download the galactic frequency-thoughts, much as a computer downloads a software or program. This is how the intelligence behind the galactic core “programs” the collective thoughts of humans over eras and specific periods of time.

Thus, a quadrant in the time acceleration matrix from 1999 though January 2011 is classified by the matrix as “galactic” and it is predicted that during this period, humanity’s interests would turn toward galactic matters. In fact, Exopolitics – the new political science of outer space and the science of relations between human civilization and other intelligent civilizations in the universe – was developed in 1999 and first published online in the year 2000, as predicted by the time acceleration matrix.

Extraterrestrial contact and the galactic center black hole

While there is speculation that the year 2012 may bring vast earth changes, the time acceleration matrix predicts that the approach to 2011-12 will most probably be accompanied by open extraterrestrial contact and an accompanying positive expansion of human consciousness.

Researcher Barbara Hand Clow documents a solar system catastrophe that took place in 9500 B.C. when portions of the Vela supernova entered the solar system, destroyed the ecology and civilization of Mars, as well as the great maritime civilization of earth. Clow indicates that human expectations of catastrophe are in fact based on a collective memory of this past catastrophe, or catastrophobia.

Researcher Paul LaViolette, who has also studied the behavior of the galactic center black hole, documents the same catastrophe of 9500 B.C. and hypothesizes that “galactic superwaves” may emanate from the galactic core cyclically including every 11,500 years, causing cataclysmic damage in the galaxy.

According to researcher Clow, the paradigm of the quadrant of the time acceleration matrix we are now in – which ranges from November 13, 2008 to November 7, 2009 – is exopolitics, and the end of our planetary quarantine on earth from contact with extraterrestrial civilizations. Thus, Clow states, the beginnings of open extraterrestrial contact by humanity should occur during this period. The time acceleration matrix, for example, predicted the current global financial meltdown. The specific quadrant of the time acceleration matrix during which the present financial system was predicted to collapse ranged from November 18, 2007 – November 12, 2008. It was in October 2008 that former U.S. president George W. Bush announced a series of bail-out measures that acted as an economic false flag operation on the U.S. and global economy.

As we shall see in subsequent articles in this series, open contact with an extraterrestrial civilization has begun exactly as predicted by the time acceleration matrix. The cover-up administered by the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on the existence of extraterrestrial life in our solar system has been deconstructed, in the exact sequence predicted by the time acceleration matrix.

The Obama administration, citizen input and extraterrestrial contact

The Obama transition team requested public input regarding Obama administration policies. Although extraterrestrial disclosure ranked as one of the highest single public priorities, there is no public reference on the Obama White House website to extraterrestrial disclosure, in violation of the Obama transition team’s public rules of engagement.

With regard to outer space issues, the only substantive mention on the White House website of outer space issues is in regard to military policy, and a relative continuation of militaristic policies regarding the weaponization of space.

Judging by the public policy agenda as laid out on the Obama White House website, the entire citizen effort at input into White House policy that took place during the Obama transition period with regard to extraterrestrial disclosure has for functional purposes been a whitewash and a political deception by the Obama administration.

We began this series on the Obama administration, the United Nations, UFOs and extraterrestrial life by concluding that one of the following options would occur.

♣ Transparent disclosure of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial life.
♣ An “alien false flag invasion,” carried out by black budget military-intelligence units in the same way that the reported False Flag attack of September 11, 2001 was carried out?
♣ Extraterrestrial disclosure carried out by informed citizens groups and experts in official public venues and on the media throughout the earth? The end of earth's planetary quarantine from a universe society of intelligent civilizations?

Based upon the Obama administration’s behavior regarding the issue of extraterrestrial disclosure of covering up on the White House website the overwhelming public response for disclosure, our working hypothesis is that extraterrestrial disclosure – barring some extraordinary developments – will take place by informed citizen groups and experts in public venues and on citizen media throughout the earth.We have now shown through reverse speech analysis of Obama's own inaugural address, as well as the time acceleration matrix show that open extraterrestrial contact will take place in the Obama years, through 2011-12 and beyond, almost regardless of what the Obama administration - as representative of the U.S. government - itself does.

It seems as though, for now at least, the Obama administration has not given any public acknowledgement to the reality of extraterrestrial contact (despite citizen participation in the transition period). Extraterrestrial contact itself is being brought about by the most powerful single exopolitical force in the galaxy – the frequency-thought emanations from the galactic center black hole, in a galaxy that scientists now report is teeming with intelligent life.

Witnesses from six states are reporting UFOs shaped as diamonds, rods, discs and triangles - and a new witness to the Dec. 9, 1965 Kecksburg, PA UFO crash comes forward for the first time. Witness reports follow from around the country.

OHIO - Feb. 17, 2009 - A woman spotted a diamond-shaped UFO for the second time flying slowly over a nearby school. The airborn vehicle was apparently controlled - able to remain stationary, and then move slowly - and altered its lighting as it accelerated, and sported a series of red, green and white blinking lights.

Saw this thing AGAIN tonight over top the same school again but on the other end!.it did the same thing,it appeared out of no where this time about 9:15pm and looked star-like but got really bright and was stationary for about 10 minutes.It slowly moved West,and i mean SLOWLY,and made its way past the front of my building.I looked at it through binoculars most of the time and it changed colors from half of it green and other half red when it was stationary.When it moved,it began to blink andthe lights on opposite ends would blink.1 red,1 green 2 white on the middle of each side would not blink-also yellow like.the craft looked rectangular or diamond like in shape,very drak in color.Very unusual craft.It obviously has good control over what it wants to appear to look like.My husband saw this also-he couldn't figure it out but he didn't see it with binoculars either-'cos i was so fixiated i wouldn't share.

FLORIDA - Feb. 18, 2009 - A black rod-shaped object turned up on a digital photograph near an airplane. The unedited account from the MUFON database follows.

Taking picture of airplane with digital camera when down loaded to computer found a strange object in picture.It appears to be a black rod shaped object up high but dosen't appear to be as high as airplane.

NOTE - In the first photo, while we clearly see the jet image, the black rod is tough to see, but is above the jet and near the right side of the photograph.

In this cropped and enlarged version of the original photograph, we can make out the shape of the object.

WISCONSIN - Feb. 16, 2009 - Another photographer taking pictures of planes shot images where two bright objects are later seen. The MUFON report details follow.

I had just parked and saw a jet contrail so I pulled my camera out to
snap a pic. I took two pics from the car with my window down. They are almost identical but the angle is slightly different on the 2nd pic. The two objects show up in both pics. I thought when I saw the 1st pic that the sun had flashed on my lens but the sun wasn't really shining on the lens and the same dots came up on the 2nd pic too. I didn't see the dots when I took the pics.

OHIO WITNESS TO KECKSBURG UFO CRASH - Dec. 9, 1965 - A reader writes about his personal experience almost 44 years ago when the UFO crashed at Kecksburg, PA. His unedited comments follow.

I saw the object as it passed over Cleveland, OH when I was 12 years old. There is one thing I remember very clearly about it as it was passing over me that I have not heard anyone else mention. It already was a fairly large fireball, but before it passed over, I distinctly remember seeing a small blue flame arc up from below and from the right, and I think it hit it. Immediately after that, the fireball became larger like there had been an explosion.

LA HABRA, CA - Feb. 2009 - A woman reports spotting two very different looking UFOs recently - and took a photo with her cell phone of the second object. Her unedited statement follows.

I moved to La Habra, CA in November 08 & was renovating my new place late at night. I was walking out towards the garage when I noticed something strange.

My Neighbor has a really old tree that is very large and I saw what looked like a UFO just resting against it. We are talking about 25' from the ground nestled in the branches of the tree. It was red, with round windows that had bright lights in each one (as if someone was home with a light on). It was not moving, or spinning and seemed "parked" there.

I don't believe in UFO's. I figured I was tired or my eyes were playing tricks on me. I closed them and looked away for a bit, but it was still there. I took the trash out and came back and it was still there. I started to panic and get excited and called for my boyfried who was inside but he didn't answer. So I ran in to get him and a camera and when I came back it was gone.

Last week I went to Mc Donalds at 1045 pm and when I stopped at a stop sign one street away from my home, I saw the same UFO again. This time it was flying in the air. It was red with round windows that had lights on in them. It was just hoovering. I grabbed my cell phone camera and rolled the window down and took a picture.

The picture looks completely different then the UFO I saw in person. It shows up as a saucer shaped white lighted disk type of object. But the item I saw was bright red with round windows.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA - Feb. 17, 2009 - A group of triangular-shaped UFOs were spotted by multiple witnesses here. The unedited MUFON report follows.

My dogs were outside in our fenced in backyard at around 6:30 and I heard them barking. I went outside to bring them in and noticed that several other area dogs were barking as well. It was a very clear night and I looked up at the trees and noticed that there were many lights flashing around. After looking closer, the lights at first appeared to look like small planes. But then I noticed that they were flying really low, so I thought they were helicopters. Then one would shoot up really high, higher than a helicopter could go. Several of them would fly close together, then shoot apart. They were triangular in shape and had at least 3 different colored bright lights, red, white and either green or blue. They were also silent. They appeared to be coming from the SW direction to NE. There is a hill that they would disappear over and that area appeared to be illuminated, although we can't see down to that valley from our house. I had my mother come out right away, and she saw the same things. By the time my husband came outside, they had already started to disappear. It then seemed that there were either helicopters or several planes flying around, more than we'd normally see, but they weren't the same types of crafts as we had seen 15 minutes before. I did call the township (Radnor) to ask if there was anything going on near either the Androssen Farm or the Highschool, and they didn't have any events noted. I told him about what I thought I'd seen and said that I've lived in this house for 12 years and hadn't seen anything like it before. He asked that we call back if it continued.

When I first saw them I was amazed, not worried, just sure that it was something unique. When my husband came out, he was trying to sign a bright spot-light we have on them, but that didn't illuminate them, it just made it harder to see them. I'm not sure how long they were out there before I came outside, but they flew around for about 10 minutes, then just disappeared over the hill and too far away for us to see.

TAMMY - back in January I saw a bright white light in the sky around midnight. I never seen anything like it, and I was scared so I went inside. It did not move. I was searching to see if anyone else experienced this in PA. Lancaster PA area.

thaliafan07 - i seen a light in brunswick that was on 303 near pearl. it was higher than the telephone poles. A very bright light that illuminated the entire street in pulses ...i was on 303 as about 6 other cars headed east as far down as the library ..this thing pulsated light and you could see the light coming down the street towards you and when it finally got to you it blinded me for seconds and it did this pulse action about 4 times.then a telephone pole started sparking from underneath this very bright light. It was like this thing was draining energy from the pole itself. I got back to the store and asked my fellow employee if the lights were flickering and he said yes..that even his mother called and said that their home lights were pulsing like what you see in horror movies. here is the strange thing though that sort of explained away for me that it was the pole itself. the freind of the employee i talked to said he was looking out the window completely facing away from this light source, and said it looks like it was the middle of the day...this being about 9:00 or so at night. they live on rosevelt , front of house facing towards valley city. i have seen light poles go down , sparking, flashing, etc.with live wires a few times in my life but, i to this day have never seen a light this bright where it lit everything like daylight and send pulses of light down the street, all the cars in front of me were freaked out too, for we all slowed down to a crawl watching this. they had to be getting blinded as i was in intervals. SORRY FOR SO LONG. God bless.

TAMPA - I saw a very strange BLINKING RED LIGHT in Carrollwood.... it stayed in the same place for a very long time... I wathed it... it was very dark and I could not tell what it was... I know the H.Chopers can hover... but not like that.... the Blimps are very easy to see... it was very strange.

MARTHA - On the evening of Feb. 8th I saw what looked like a star dancing around the moon. I only had my call phone, but took about 10 or so pictures in sequence and you can see the "star" in different positions around the moon. I tried to film it, but can't see it on the film, although I saved it. It is not a plane and the time frames show that I was taking one after another to show it's random movements. Did anyone else see it?

ADA - Illinois- Feb 15=My husband saw something in the sky about 8 pm and i just brushed it off for about an hour and then he convinced me to look outside.What I saw was spere shaped that was like one of the pictures I saw at this sight.My husband saw it up close and said it was more barbell shaped with flashing lights around its parimeter.I took a picture and it looks exactly like the other persons.It definately is not a star.I really was exvited to know that others had seen this object.Is there anything official being reported?

PHOENIX - I have been watching this "Thing" for several months Now ! I thought it was Venus but it's been around too long. Just saw it again tonight with my 17 Yo Daughter. We go from Lansdale to Downingtown 4 times per week and we can follow it all the way...It is so Strange!!!

RONNIE - I live in Dallas, Texas in an apt that faces to the south with a view of downtown. I am on the third floor with an unobstructed view of the sky. Since moving here almost a year ago I have seen unusual things in the sky several times but none as unusual as what I saw on Feb 10 over Dallas. I was on the phone after the big storm that blew through here sometime around 11pm. I saw through the window a blinking white strobe-like triangular shaped object directly over downtown. I quickly got up and out to the balcony because its movement was so unfamiliar to me. It seemed to move so quickly that when it would be still enough to make out the shape it would blur like it was vibrating. It moved across the sky toward the west from downtown Dallas at a speed that is impossible of any aircraft that is normally seen around here. As fast as it moved I have to wonder if it was the same object seen in TN the same night. Very Strange.

KATIE - i have just seen outside 3 orange dots moving in a line by each other, then moving into a triangle formation. This happened around 1am in bristol, england. they then slowly disappeared one by one! eeeeek.

JEN - My fiance and myself stood on the sand at Ocean Beach last night (Feb 12, 2009) for over and hour watching a large glowing orb in the sky. I watch the planes come and go out of San Diego almost every night and this extremely bright orb got my attention immediately. This isn't the first time I've seen something like this, but this was the closest one. I first noticed it around 8pm or so, and watched it for over an hour come a bit closer, go out, move a bit up and down and horizontal. I heard a military helicopter (and living in SD, I know what one sounds like) going toward the orb, then what sounded like a military fighter jet. The helicopter seemed to have turned its lights off when it got close the the orb, but I could still hear that it was there. The jet seemed to have no lights on at all. I watched for as long as I could, then went to my car. I would look at it once in a while at it would have moved its position a little. Eventually it had disappeared. I am so mad at myself for not watching it the whole time! I had the radio on a conservative talk station while I was in the car, and at the 10:30pm news update they had a little blurb about the "lights" in the sky, and that the FAA didn't know what it was. This morning I can't find anything on the internet about it! Also this morning I was telling my co-workers about last night and one of them saw something also, and the other saw something similar but with streaks behind it. Weird. I wish this was all out in the open. We can handle the truth! Well, I can anyway.

FALLON - Illinois- February 12, 2009, 8:00 pm. Just West of Geneva, IL, large glowing circle in the sky. It looks like a small moon. I have pictures. When I zoomed in it was perfect circle. It has been in the sky for quite some time.

Canadian 2008 UFO Survey Released February 20, 2009

Since 1989, UFOlogy Research of Manitoba has solicited sightings data from active Canadian researchers. This data is annually compiled into the "Canadian UFO Survey." The survey is made publicly available in an attempt to promote the dissemination of information across the field of ufology. This page contains many of the surveys, as well as the data.

More Canadians than ever saw something unexplained up there last year.

The Ufology Research Group says in 2008, Canucks saw a record number of unidentified flying objects across the Great White North.

The Winnipeg-based volunteer group recorded 1,004 sightings last year – the highest number since the group started tallying sightings in 1989.

"My position is there is something that is being seen by people," research coordinator Chris Rutkowski told the Sun today. "There's no proof that aliens are coming to Canada in any great numbers but what we're saying is that there are enough reports and many of them are unexplained so we think science should take a better look at it."

There could be a variety of reasons why reports are up, Rutkowski said, including more space junk, more people embracing astronomy and even the economic downturn.

"It could be the economy, maybe people are looking upward for some help in the economy since it doesn't seem like anybody else is helping," he said.

Rutkowski says the vast majority of sightings turn out to be explainable objects like airplanes but around 10% didn't have a ready explanation.

"That got whittled down to a little over 1% that are what we call higher quality unknowns where there was some decent investigation, the witnesses were cooperative, some diagrams, maybe some photos," he said.

The strangest sighting of the year was in Wadena, Sask., in March.

Two cars travelling on a highway there had to brake suddenly when both drivers saw a gray and metallic object fly directly across the road in front of them.

"Maybe the aliens have to be ticketed for flying too low? I don't know," Rutkowski said with a laugh.

The 2008 Canadian UFO Survey: Summary of Results

• There were 1004 UFO sightings reported in Canada in 2008, nearly three each day. This is an all-time record high number of reports in one year.
• Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Ontario each had provincial alltime record high numbers of UFOs reported in 2008.
• In 2008, about 10 per cent of all UFO reports were judged unexplained. This percentage of “unknowns” falls to less than one per cent when only higher-quality cases are considered.

The "Data Tables" page contains the raw data, in html table format, for most of the Survey years. Basic data, such as date, time, number of witnesses, etc. is listed, as well as a very limited general description of each sighting. Right now we have only the data for the years 1993 through 2004. We hope to get 1989 through 1992 online in the near future.

The "Charts" page contains assorted charts summarizing the data over the years. One can find such things as the distribution of sightings by province, time of day, etc. The charts are in .gif format.With respect to the charts, there is a trade-off that must be made. If one is to be able to view the results of the different variables being measured, the chart is frequently too large to fit on the monitor, and one has to scroll left or right to view the entire results. Shrinking the charts to fit the screen, while making the entire chart as a whole visable, makes it difficult to actually interpret the chart, as the labels become too small. I have chosen to forsake convenience and make the charts large enough that one can actually read the results. Given this, the various charts are best viewed with the latest version of Internet Explorer, as it gives you the ability to easily resize the images. Printing the charts using I.E. seems to work well too. With Netscape however, some of the charts don't print on a single page, and either come out on two pages, or it simply cuts off a portion of the chart.

The "Testimonies" page is currently inactive, but will contain eyewitness accounts, in the own words of the witnesses.

Is Facebook the Killer App for UFO disclosure?

Dr. Michael E. Salla, PhD, founder of the Exopolitics Institute, along with members such as Jeff Peckman and others in the exopolitics movement are utilizing Examiner.com as a means to publish information on the web in support of the exopolitical agenda. They are, following in the ideological footsteps of Steven Bassett, actively attempting to propagate the meme that the Obama administration will be the one to finally revoke what Basset calls the 'truth embargo' and formally disclose the existence of ET operating in Earth's biosphere.

Seasoned observers of the UFO/ET phenomenon and the political landscape in America wonder whether or not the exopolitical movement is sufficiently grounded in terrestrial political reality to be conducting such a program with any hope of success. Given the number and magnitude of the crises facing Barack Obama and his administration, the last thing it needs is association with an issue that opens them to ridicule. The Republicans are already resorting to politics as usual, broadly labeling the stimulus package with the catch all denigration of "wasteful government spending". It would be counter productive, conventional wisdom has it, for the administration to even bring up the subject of UFO's, much less endorse it. Henceforth, any idea presented by the administration would somehow be rhetorically and dismissively linked to memes of 'little green men' and 'UFO conspiracy theorists'.

Indeed, the exopolitical advocates might pause to consider whether the fusillade of news stories linking Obama and UFO disclosure are making it easier or harder for Obama or his administration to make a move in the direction they are encouraging.

Exopolitical advocates counter with the argument that it is precisely because of the unprecedented nature and scope of the issues facing the nation and the planet that the time is ripe for a departure from existing public UFO policy. The presumed benefits of advance energy generation technologies available in a technological exchange with diplomatically recognized ET races would solve the intractable problem of peak oil and avoid a malthusian correction. The situation is so dire, they argue, that only radical and novel political calculus will resolve the factors to a term satisfying to the future of the nation.

Whether or not recognizing ET would result in free energy remains to be seen. Certainly it's difficult for a President to endorse a phenomenon where evidence is so elusive and 'proof' so difficult to arrive at in minds entrenched in a paradigm that has to ask 'are we alone?'.

More importantly, the faction of society that does know of ET existence has a huge vested interest in the status remaining quo--the multinational energy, food and media conglomerates are based on a world economy driven by oil revenue.

What conventional wisdom does not take into account is the emerging impact of the internet as a many-to-many, two way medium, an unprecedented development in communications history. Books, movies, television and political speeches are one-to-many broadcast style mediums allowing mass communications with varying degrees of speed and scope, but only in one direction, from the speaker to the audience. Telegraph, telephone, and i-chat are bidirectional, interactive mediums that allow a dynamic, interactive exchange of ideas, but are limited to two or three individuals.

Only very recently has the true power of the internet emerged as a revolutionary medium that incorporates both widespread, instantaneous broadcast and dynamic, two way idea exchange. This comprehensive universality of medium—and its implications, both social and political—were first fully identified by incisive Internet thinker and author Clay Shirky in his book Here Comes Everybody: The Power of Organizing Without Organizations'. In it, Shirky examines how novel use of the existing technology, specifically the inclusion of several names on the CC field of an email, leads to the ad-hoc formation of self-defining operating groups. Indeed, it is that exact mechanism that fostered the development of the exopolitics news advocacy group, which formed as a result of Peckman's communications on the Exopolitics mailing list.

Shirky's example of collective action resulting from the insanely easy group forming ability of Web 2.0 is a story of political action in Belarus. In 2006 a flashmob assembled in October Square Minsk for the activity of eating ice cream. This would be innocuous enough were it not for the fact that it is illegal to act in concert in October Square—a political mechanism intended to quell dissent. The flashmob concept was reengineered from quirky ad-hoc street theater into quirky ad-hoc political protest. As Shirky puts it, "Nothing says dictatorship like arresting people for eating ice cream."

When you stop to consider that substantially more people believe the government is not telling everything it knows about ET/UFO activity or believe that there is life operating beyond earth than voted for Obama in the first place, it becomes clear that there may not be a political downside to disclosure for the administration—not from a widespread self-informed public, at least. And remember that this is an administration who won what once seemed like an impossible election victory in no small part through its concerted and savvy use of Web 2.0 technology. Online Media Daily stated that Obama was the "first occupant of the White House to have won a presidential election on the Web."

While many politicians are just getting up to speed on the concept of having a website and running a browser, the vast, immediate and personal power of social networking is changing the nature of modern social reality.

Facebook is the killer app for disclosure advocacy. If a Facebook enabled constituancy can elect a President, it can enable disclosure. Social networking applications, from MySpace down to Twitter seem trivial at first glance to media observers used to the booming power of a newspaper press running at full tilt or the constant and pervasive visual dynamics of a television broadcast network. But social networking applications are what the military would characterize as a 'force multiplier', magnifying the effect of the ideas Salla, Peckman and others present and turning them into instant memes.

What remains to be seen is if the exopolitical advocates can persuasively make the case to the American technoliterati that ending UFO secrecy, denial and ridicule is in the the collective best interest of those who know how to twitter. If so, and if the novel mechanisms Shirky illustrates evolve to address ET denial, it could dramatically alter the political calculus the administration would use when contemplating the most paradigm changing policy shift since the country renounced slavery.

If large numbers of average Americans, fed up with the cost of gas, pollution, environmental damage, the lies, secrecy and denial were to begin to flashmob the local capital building as a result of spontaneously generated citizen advocacy, acknowledging the existence of ET would eventually become a mere formality for the administration.

And something like that is what it would take, conventional wisdom has it, for the Obama adminstration to take such a dramatic step forward in public UFO policy.

If they do, then the world could proceed to the next logical question:

Canadian speech recognition expert and former CBS radio producer Jon Kelly has subjected a recording of Barack Obama’s inaugural address on the steps on the U.S. capitol on January 20, 2009 to reverse speech analysis. Kelly’s reverse speech analysis (see below), shows that Barack Obama’s inaugural address contains secret messages predicting an extraterrestrial event of global impact on the scale “of the Iraq war” to occur in Obama’s term of office. Elected in 2008, Obama may serve until January 20, 2013 or January 20, 2017, if re-elected to a second term.

Barack Obama’s inaugural address is not the first time speech recognition expert Jon Kelly has used reverse speech analysis to uncover secret messages in a U.S. president’s inaugural speech. Kelly’s reverse speech analysis of former U.S. president George W. Bush’s January 20, 2001 inaugural address publicly and accurately reported the "shock and awe" strikes that opened the Iraq War 2 years in advance of the actual U.S. invasion of Iraq on March 20, 2003.

What is the significance of Obama inaugural reverse speech message?

By the available evidence, Jimmy Carter did have a close encounter of the first kind, which he reported in his own 1973 UFO sighting report. On objective analysis, Barack Obama’s inaugural address reverse speech message may be revealing an alternative future global “extraterrestrial event” that is more benign, and consistent with a long-term integration of human society into a larger society of intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations.

The “extraterrestrial event” announced by Obama’s reverse speech in his inaugural address might be of a more positive character than a “UFO alien” invasion. The event may be a global, public display by an extraterrestrial presence, part of a transparent extraterrestrial disclosure undertaken in coordination with an ethical extraterrestrial civilization and the Obama administration and/or by transnational human authorities.

This may be a preferable option we can work toward as a body politic.

An alternative “extraterrestrial event” Obama is announcing in reverse speech may be by an ethical extraterrestrial civilization on its own, or in coordination with citizen groups, showing itself in our skies as it deems the human race to be sufficiently acclimated for such an event.

This alternative may be available to humanity regardless of the actions of the Obama administration or other governments.

Exopolitics will be monitoring the Obama administration and international and extraterrestrial reality during the next 4 to 8 years, for signs of an impending “a global event of extraterrestrial origins of an equivalent social, culture, political, military and spiritual impact as the war in Iraq.”

Thirty investigators will speak at the International UFO Congress February 22-28, 2009 on the need to end government secrecy on UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors.

The International UFO Congress hopes that the Obama administration will release UFO information by changing official policy. A Small Introduction

My name is Cynthia Drayer, I live in Portland, Oregon, and I am the
ex-wife of Philip Schneider. Philip and I met in 1986, were married in
Carson City, Nevada, and had a daughter, Marie, in 1987. We were
divorced in 1990 and lived in separate residences. Philip lived in an

apartment complex in Wilsonville, Oregon. On 1/17/1996 I received a
call that Philip was dead in his apartment and apparently had died up

to a week before his body was discovered. At the time of the removal
of his body, his cause of death was by a stroke. When I went to the
funeral home I had feelings of discomfort about his death. I asked to

view the body, but due to decomposition, the funeral director
suggested otherwise. I wanted to be sure, in my own mind,. that Philip
had not died under "unnatural causes". For the last two years of his
life, Philip had been on the "lecture tour" throughout the United
States, talking out about government coverups. You name it, he was
talking about it: Aliens (treaties and abductions), UFO's, the One
World Government, Black Budgets, Underground Mountain Bases, CIA
involvement in civilian murders and drugs, Stealth technology, the
Philadelphia Experiment, Operation Crossroads (Bikini Island A-bomb
experiments), Dulce Fire Fight, the Oklahoma bombing, the World Trade

Center bombing, missing children, Gunderson Freight Cars, the opening
of concentration camps and Marshal Law/UN involvement, man-made
viruses and earthquakes, etc.etc.

A day later, I received a call from the Clackamas County Detectives,
that the funeral director had found "something" around Philip's neck.

An autopsy was performed at the Multnomah County Medical Examiner's
office (in Portland, Oregon) by Dr. Gunson, and she determined that
Philip had committed suicide by wrapping a rubber cathater hose three
times around his neck, and half-knotting it in front. There are
several reasons why I believe that Philip did not commit suicide, but
was murdered:

1. There was no suicide note.
2. Philip always told his friends and relatives, that if he ever
"committed suicide" you would know that he had been murdered.
3. From a number of sources, including his taped lectures (video and
audio), and statements to his friends, and the borrowing of a 9mm
gun, Philip felt that he and his family were being threatened and
were in danger because of his lecutres.
4. All of his lecture materials, alien metals, higher math books,
photographs of UFO's coming out of the Operation Crossroad
A-Bomb, notes for his book on the alien agenda, were missing.
(Everything else in the apartment was still there, including gold
coins, wallet with hundreds of dollars, jewelry, mineral
specimens, etc.)
5. No coroner ever came out to his apartment after his body was
found (against Oregon Law) - and a police investigation never
took under consideration that items were missing from his
apartment - it was considered a suicide, plain and simple
6. The medical examiner took blood and urine samples at the autopsy

but REFUSED to analyze them, saying that the county would not
"waste their money on a suicide". Although I was assured that
the samples would be kept for 12 months, when I asked for these
samples to be sent to an independent lab 11 months later they
were "missing" and presumed "destroyed".
7. Philip had missing fingers on his left hand, and limited motion
in his shoulders. I believe that it was physically impossible for
Philip to have held the rubber hose in his left hand with missing
fingers and then wrap the hose three times with shoulders that
had limited motion. In order to end up where his body was, he had
to sit on the edge of his bed, wrap the hose around his neck,
slowly and painfully strangle to death, and fallen head first
into a wheel chair.
8. Philip was an expert in chemicals and his own medical needs. He
had multiple pills at hand that could have ended his life quickly
and painlessly. He also had a 9mm gun that he had borrowed to
protect himself. Why strangle himself in such an unusual manner?

9. Philip was very religious, and did not believe in suicide. He had
intense chronic pain all of the time I knew him. At the time of
his death, he was on disability, had a housekeeper, and had
cancer. The operation to help him with his back pain did not
alleviate the pain and he had brittle bone syndrome
(osteoperosis). He struggled every day, not to die, but to live.

He felt that these lectures he gave was making a difference, and
was looking forward to giving more. In fact he was scheduled for
another lecture tour that started 1/16/96 in Tampa, Florida. He
had just found a friend who was going to help him write a book
about the New World Order, and he was enjoying his time with his
daughter.

10. Philip was undergoing "injections" of "Beta Serone" every week in
an experiment to stop his multiple sclerosis. After his death I
contacted the only agency that conducted these experiments to
obtain his medical record (OHSU). They had never heard of him,
and he was not a part of their experiments. This would suggest
people unknown were injecting him on a weekly basis with an
unknown substance. He often times called me after these "shots"
to tell me that he was too sick for his daughter to come and
visit. I believe that the shots that Philip thought were being
given to him to help him back to health, were actually being
given to him to make him sick.
11. Philip was seen with an "unknown blonde haired woman" for several
months before his death. Several times this same individual was
seen or talked about and her mysterious presence only leads one
to wonder if she had anything to do with his "suicide".
12. Several people with psychic abilities have indicated that Philip
did not commit suicide, but was murdered (some say by 5 people: 4
men and 1 woman, 4 directly and one by taking out a "contract".

It is perhaps important to know WHY Philip began lecturing.
Firstly: His background was as a Structural Engineer. He was an expert
on explosives and their effects on geologic structures. He worked
under two social security numbers. Most of his early work in
underground mountain bases with Morrison-Knudsen was done using the
wrong social security number. I was later able to prove that he had
two numbers through the social security office when I applied for his
daughter's death benefits. He worked for the Army Corps of Engineers
and U.S. Navy with the same wrong number. Only after he obtained SSI
in 1981 did his "real" number come into play. He always told me that
he had a Rhyolitic Clearance and that his father had a Cosmic
Clearance from his work with NATO. And that is the second reason why
Philip began lecturing.

Secondly: On top of his first hand knowledge about underground
mountain bases and government black budgets, and the alien agend as (he
was one of the survivors of the Dulce Fire Fight with aliens in New
Mexico) his father was also involved in government black projects.
When Philip's father, Captain Oscar Schneider, Medical Doctor, United

States Navy, died in 1993, Philip discovered documents and photographs
in his father's basement which proved that Oscar had been involved in
both the Philadelphia Experiment and Operation Crossroads. Philip now
had letters written in the 1940's and 1950's showing that Oscar helped
to isolate the crewmembers of the Philadelphia Experiment and that
Oscar later autopsied them as they died. He also had photographs of
UFO's fleeing through mushroom clouds after the A-bomb was dropped
above the lagoon at Bikini Atoll. This was "Operation Crossroads" and

Oscar was involved in medical examinations of the animals and humans
exposed to radiation after the bomb was dropped.

Thirdly: I believe the main reason why Philip began to lecture was due
to the "murder" of his friend Ron Rummel. Ron was found in a park in
Portland in Sept. 1993. The police believed that he had committed
suicide by shooting himself in the mouth. However, if you read the
detectives report, there is blow-back blood on Ron's hand, but NO
BLOW-BACK BLOOD ON THE GUN. The only way this could happen is if Ron
had wiped the gun off AFTER he had shot himself in the mouth. Ron,
Philip, and 5 other people had been collaborating on a little magazine
called "The Alien Digest". It was starting to get a fairly wide
circulation, when Ron was found in the park. Philip felt that his
friend had been murdered, and decided that it was time to get
everything out into the open, so he began "spilling the beans", and
ripped up his security clearance card.

Pufori, through Jeroen Wierda, is one of several agencies and
individuals that have taken up the call for justice in Philip's death.

My hopes are:

1. That Philip's death certificate will eventually be amended with
the true cause of his death: murder.
2. That the world will come to know the truth about aliens, UFO's,
the government cover-ups, black budgets, etc. and how they are
affecting us.
3. That assets that belong to his only heir, Marie, can be located
and turned over to her.
4. That Philip's true work quarters can be proven by people coming
forward with information about knowing him before 1981, and that
his daughter can eventually obtain the death benefits she
deserves.
5. That no more "murders by suicide" ever occur to another
individual.

Mr. Philip Schneider wasa very couragous man. Even being ill and in pain,
He wanted us to know what was happening in our country. I can only hope that
those who listened to him became aware of our corrupted government. People
can't change anything if they don't have information. I believe his wife is
truly a brave woman. She is doing her best to clear his name. She also is in
danger. I hope getting this information out will help everyone connected with
Mr. Schneider.
